Return Policies
Red Tap Productions, LLC is dedicated to customer satisfaction. All wholesale DVD and Video Sales are Final.  However, should you ever receive product that proves to be defective, simply contact our store at store@redtapproductions.com  or call toll free at 1 (877) RED TAPS to receive instructions on return and replacements of your purchase.  We stand proudly behind our products.  We guarantee 100% quality or we will replace it, no problem. 

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Red Tap Productions, LLC is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. Red Tap Productions, LLC uses UPS Shipping exclusively to guarantee a smooth delivery. 

Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.  Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.  Orders ship form our warehouse in San Diego.  If items are out of stock, we'll notify you by e-mail.  Most backorders ship within 2-3 weeks. 

  • All orders are billed in US dollars (USD)
  • Next Day orders must be submitted and processed before 3 pm (PST)
  • Orders must be billed and shipped to the same address
  • We cannot ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes
  • Shipping times are approximate and do not include processing time.
